I found bilateral hydrosalpinx in hsg I don't have kids yet What is the solution Can I concieve naturally ?

I am 31 yr old married for 10 months by now. I have been diagnosed with covid 19 on 22nd September and taken all prescribed medications, was in home quarentine. 2 weeks back developed severe fatigue that was not able to sit either, visited a doc and tested positive for Typhoid. Started the Typhoid medicines 2 days back. My last periods was on 16th October and my Usual cycle is 30-38 days. Yesterday i got some bleeding/dark color discharge. Is that due to the covid-19 /Typhoid medicines? Or is that something else? Please suggest.

I have adenomyosis and so my uterus is bulky and i have heavy periods. I went to a doctor and he prescribed me Susten 200 but my periods didnt stop. I'm having periods for the past 12 days,  so i went to another gynecologist she advised me Crina NCR 10 mg. I would like to know which is best for adenomyosis? Or are they the same?

I did a us scan at 6w 4d from my last LMP but report saying Empty gestational sac measuring 5.5mm , gestational age 5w. Is it a miscarriage,I am worried please suggest

From last 4 month my cycle is being unstable in april i got my period 9 days early from the date after that in aug i got my period on time and September i got my period 1 day late but in October i got my periof after 10 days due to some stress i there is any problem i m very worried about it

After consuming contraceptive pill I had periods soon after a week...but then I again had periods after a span of 10 days..so I had periods twice a month..is it normal?or is it something I need to be worried about?
