For someone who is using cocs for hormones balancing is it adviceable to bleed for following day that is at 22nd after finishing the last pill or how is it going?

Its not necessary to bleed on 22nd day. The day of periods will vary in every cycle, generally comes within a week of finishing the 21st day pill.
