Hormone imbalance and PCOS
I have irregular periods. I'm gaining more weight eventhough I follow strict diet. I always feel tired and experiencing more hair fall. I suspect that I may have hormone problem or PCOS. How to identify whether I have any hormonal imbalance or PCOS?
