Pregnancy and Infertility

Dear Sir, My wife has started Ovral L . My wife feels nausea after taking Ovral L tablet. She took tablet at 10 PM daily.

My periods are almost 4 weeks late and today I noticed a very very small mole in my inner labia. It's a small raised mole (~1-2 mm) - no color as such (almost transparent skin coloured), outside the skin (no lumps) but it pains if I touch it. Is it something that'll get cured on its own? What should I apply on it?

Earlier I used to have pain in right side pelvic area just one day before and on the first two days of period, due to endometriosis. But since my last period on 12 oct, I am having constant pain in right side pelvic area. I also have pain in that area if I am bloated. I was prescribed dienogest for 2 months to reduce endometrial cysts (right ovary & posterior uterus) & 2 months after taking the last pill, I got my periods. Due to the pandemic, I have not gone for tests but I feel that my condition has worsened. I also have fertility issues because of my condition and have been unable to conceive despite medications like clomid, etc. Is this constant pain due to endometriosis? As I want to conceive, should I get surgery done to remove endometrial tissues or try ivf and then get the surgery done? With my condition of endometriosis & adenomyosis, will I ever be able to conceive?

You Actually i wanted to know that last month I got periods twice and now this month it's 28 but no periods yet is this a menopause am 30 year married

My regular menses date is on 2nd of every month. Last month my period started on 28th itself and it was not normal period.. The bleeding was like white discharge i.e.,almost negligible(like spots). It was for 2days.. After more than 2weeks..the bleeding started again like spots(negligible). It's been continuing for more than 2weeks. My wedding is in next 3days. Am afraid this will continue or i will start bleeding heavily on my wedding day.. Can this be considered as normal.. Kindly suggest me a medicine to stop this irregularity and also help me not bleed on my wedding day.

My mother's age os 53...every day she takes calcium tablet sandocal 500..but now a days it is unavailable in the market... What is the substitute of it???

My periods were delayed by 20 days and so gynecologist prescribed me duphaston and iron tablets(Rufaze-XT). After completing 5 days course , I am on periods and its second day. But the flow is very less compared to usual. I am having periods almost after 2 months so I was expecting heavy flow or atleast normal. Is less flow a problem after a month delay?

I got my periods last month on 28th(6days late) and today is 28th but still didn't get my period. If it gets delayed by 5-6days then it would be coming in November. I am on my thyroid medication, My TSH is 4.50...

I'm no feeling good .. 2m9nths done for my marriage and 26th is my periods date that I missed ... no feeling well, white discharge is coming , back pain, stomach pain also..
