Surgical Abortion
Can Surgical abortion(under 14weeks) be done under any gynecologist? Or only few kind of specific gynecologist can perform this? What reports are needed before performing surgical abortion? For unmarried relationship, need to be done without parents consent.

It can be done at a registered centre. Ultrasound, recently done blood test reports, age proof is required. Patients above 18 years can give their consent.

Any gynaecologist(MD/MS/DGO) can do surgical abortion. If age of female is above 18 years, consent of parents is not required

Surgical abortion at 12 weeks can be performed by any Gynaecologist. You need ultrasound to date the pregnancy and some blood tests before the procedures . Un marrieds can have abortion depending on her age. If she is above 18 years then ok otherwise by law police needs to be informed . If she is minor.
