Pain in left breast which occurs mild pain and sometimes bit severe pain... Visited gynaecologist he has prescribed a omeez tablet saying might from gas trouble...he checked no lump or swelling was found...and also she suffers from late period issues

I am getting a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen. It comes in waves and subsides after sometime. I also feel nauseated almost the whole day ( this is from the past 2 weeks) and sometimes burning sensation in and around my digestive tract. I am also feeling completely drained out. We are trying to conceive but I have taken a test and it was negative. I also have mild PCOS and get my periods in around 50 days. What could be the reason for the change in my health?

Hello doctor, I am 37 yrs old and trying for 2nd baby. My first baby was naturally conceived. I am trying to conceive from last 3 months. My periods are regular. One month before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and TSH was 9.8. After medication of Thyronorm 50 mg for 1 month, its 3.1 now. Will I be able to conceive or any other medication or test required? Please help.

What are the investigation to be taken for hormone imbalance? Iam suffering from hairloss. It was severe in month of jan...alomost half of my hair lost especially in front. It happened  3 months after exam so i thought it was stress. Since then hairfall reduced to less than 100 strands a day...but the lost hair doesn't seem to grow. I took 5mg biotin with iron and multivitamin and cholecalciferol for w months. Switched to herbal shampoos. I generally had thick hair and hairfall to me was about 10 to 20 strands. Dont know the reason for the cause. Was diag with pcos 2 yrs back but dint have harmonal imb or thyroid issue...What could be reason and what investigations i should take? Suggest medications too...

Hi doctor, I have detailed periods for past 11 months. Earlier I used to get periods on 28th days of cycle.Now it is moved to 30-35 days ,each month.After 28 days I get back pain , emotional very sensitive (anger,sad issues). Some months I get spotting on 28th day , and and then periods on 32-35days of cycle.. I have a 25 month old son.i still feed him at night time mostly, other than this I have pain in right side of my hip and join bone between pelvis and leg and knee .so I feel I limp and walk . Could you please advice to my problems

My daughter who is 12 years 3 months old didn't get her period since 3 months.her last period was on 14th July 2020.what could be the cause for delay?should she wait for some more time to get her periods naturally or need to consult gynecologist? please advice?she attained menarche when she is 10 years 5 months old.

I have started novelon from this month and unable to maintain the sane time of intake each day would this effect the effectiveness of the pill? Also can I take it any time of the day or is it required to be taken only after dinner? Kindly advise
