Pregnancy and Infertility

From last few days i saw blood while doing fresh n up, there is no pain, no itching, i do not  feel tried , only i can see negligible blood during fresh n up

I am married. My period circle 42 days. Last period 21 August. Pragency test is negative. Altrasound have get found no pragency and no other problems.

Egg size is 15 mm on 9th day and endometrium thickness is 4.7 mm.. Is it normal to conceive or can i take tablet for endometrim thickness

Hello sir/mam I am unmarried college going girl .usually my cycle is of 35 days..bt from last few months it is of 30days.. and with average flow of 2 days.. My latest HB is 13.5 C/o- Lmp- 20 october 2020 ...but in this month of november my period came at 11th of november just in 20 days..(i havent taken any hormonal tablet or nothing since last two months)) And still bleeding is continue in average quantity..and with mild lower backpain Why this happend? please kindly suggest
