Pregnancy and Infertility

My all reports are normal including HGS ,egg reptured on time which is shows on follicular study ,we consulting a doc regarding not able to conceive ,we are trying from last 3 years and now she suggest IUI ,so may i know how many visit required as i m working women and it is difficult to take leave on regular basis .and also should i go for iui or not as the chances are 15 to 25 % as per doc . Kindly advice...

I've been having some spotting on around 10th day of my cycle and it doesn't occur every month. It's like very random... Sometimes my cycle is of 28 days.. Some are of 32 days and bleeding period is now reduced to 2 days, and rarely on 3rd day. Earlier it was of 4 days. So I got myself tested for prolactin amd thyroid levels. Thyroid levels are normal but prolactin is high. It is 130 ng/ml. Is it something serious???

For last 1 day I am having burning sensation towards the end of urination. Also I am constantly having a feeling that I want to pee but I end up urinating very few drops.

On day 13 my follicle size right overy DF...(0.73×1.1)DF 2(1.02×0.6)left OVERY 4 follicles are seen  DF 1(0.4×0.5) DF 2(0.5×0.9)...POD clear ...ET IS 1CM ... Can I concive this month 2nd infertility is this follicles  is good to concive ??? What should I do next???

My period were not stopping for a month so after that I took primolute n and tranexa one times a day for a week but my period stopped only for 8-10 days after that I am still bleeding. I am obese 82 kg but had lost 10 kgs earlier I was 90 kg but then also periods not stopping ( pcod patient) . Please tell what medicine to take now to stop periods??
