Hi I have dark brown discharge minimum 3 days maximum 7 days prior to periods every month for past 2 years. Why i have this. We are ttc for 3 years. My tsh level is 2. Taking 50mcg tablet for paat 9months. All other hormones normal. Please help me

I woke up and felt some pain near my arms and when I saw the top part of shoulder where we have armpit fat was swollen and it was paining. Next day it reduced but still I can feel fibre like structure inside it which is paining. The pain is also causing breast pain. It's more on the left side than on right side . I am scared and worried if it's something serious. I could also feel pain in the back . I didn't find any hard lump but I could feel small circles in breast on pressing hard on the armpit area and in breast.  It's been 3 days and I am feeling very nervous please help.

What type of precautions like overworking or stress i need to take during ovulation week. Also what foods help with better ovulation

I have uti and I am consuming good amount of water, having pro biotic and taking other required precautions. Need to know if it's necessary to consume antibiotic or I can treat it with home remedies.

My weight is increasing and I have heard about oziva protein supplement its said to be plant based and ayurvedic. I am a bf mother of a child my child will complete an year in next month. I want to take oziva for hormonal balance and weight loss can I start it and will it have any effect of my lactation or baby I eat a healthy diet and avoid junk but weight is not decreasing.  The biggest threat I have that if I consume a product like this will it affect my child Please help

After how many days of consuming meprate does one induce periods...No periods even after 8 days of the course...I have taken 5mg twice a day for 5 days...What to do to induce periods??
