Pregnancy and Infertility

Doctor.. normally I have a 7 day period. And the first two days I feel normal period flow.. after the two days my flow decreases and I could only see some spotting. What is the prblm.. does it affect my fertility? My thyroid level is normal.. and My ultrasound scan also reveals normal.. does it affect my fertility? Give me a clear answer.

My doctor suggest to take letroz tablet from second day.i forgot to take tablet on morning so today night shall I take that  tablet?? Tmw onwards I will take morning?? It's good for health

I had taken Progesterone pills to delay periods for 5 days. Now I am having brown period blood and flow is also very light. Is this normal?

I had my ovulation on 13 nov ( identified through follicular scan) and from today I having cramps on pelvic area legs and back. What could be the probable cause? . I have pcos. It feels like i am about to have periods.
