So i have been diagnosed with PCOS. From them I'm on diet and other nutrition supplies like fiber complex and etc that helping me ryt now. But them this month i already had periods on 4th November and again 21st November that is today my cycle repeated. With in span of 17 days j got second cycle. Is it normal'?

AMH 15.22ng/ml means PCOS and very lower chance of conceiving? For how many cycles Clomiphene/letrozole can be taken

Married since 1.5 years, tried with follicular study for 2 cycles - dint work out. Tried IUI once and failed. Done laparoscopic ovarian drilling and after that taking letrozole for 4 cycles, Got periods for 3 times between 30-35 days. 4th cycle 6weeks no period, bhcg is 0.42. Taking primoult n now to get period. My husband's count is 30Mn, 30%motile. Any suggestions to increase chances of conceiving? Is letrozole not working out?
