Periods is not coming since 3 months. My last period date was on August 24 , even I am also taking M2 tone syrup as suggested by one of my friend but nothing is happened. Please suggest me what I need to do for my problem.

I have been having spotting issues since February 2020 and I took homeopathy medicine for that got well but then after it started again getting worse, as I feel cramps, even after periods I bleed n this last month I have been dealing with irregular bleeding and spotting a lot now i am losing my urge to eat as well and I am having really bad mental condition due to it with the cramps.

My sonography done in 35 weeks and it's shows fetal breech presentation. My previous sonography was done in 31 weeks and at that time it was vertex even earlier scan also it was only vertex. Is there any chance that baby would flip to head down position in next 1-2 weeks?

I took crina ncr 15 mg for 10 days from 6th Nov to 15th Nov to stop my periods(actual periods started on 4th of Nov).  I got my periods again in about 5 days (on 20th of November) after stopping the tablet crina ncr-15mg. My question is- when will I get my next periods? I usually have 30 days cycle. Will I get my next periods on 4th of December or on 20th of December?
