Periods delay

Did upt on 19th it was negative also took 11th to 15th meprate 10mg dose after( upt -ve) ..also done tft hb(14.1) test its normal... last menses occurred on 8th sept.. Again went to doctor she prescribed tablet norethisterone 5mg for 5days... And said to wait for 2weeks ...will periods will come or not ??
