Hi...my period cycle is not regular.. I always gets late periods. Earlier I was working in a company and I used to travel by walk. Almost it takes 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. In last December I got married and I left job and now am a home maker... And my period came irregular now. Sometime it is 35 days sometimes 45 days etc.  And I also gets pimples from from 30 days of menstrual date.  I have Back acne also.  Please suggest a solution Also I gets acne

I have c sec delivery after my 2nd c sectuon i was suffered with gestational piles that time i got treatment for that but nowadays i m again suffering with same symptoms i have lot of pain in my rectum area when i went for stool pass i got light bleeding n the pain is unbearable i have used potassium permanganate in hot water to wash after that applying anovate cream please suggest as soon as possible whom to consult for the same so that the i have releived from this pain i have two daughters to take care of please help
