Spotting before prds date 28thday cycle
I am having spotting before my periods dates on 28th day-30 day cycle. Spotting is happening on 28th day followed by next day or two day gap then menstruation flows normally.
Its almost 3 months now same thing happening.
Living very stressful and sedentary lifestyle.
I'm having yeast infection since 5-6 months sometimes it resolves its own.
I'm having anti diabetic medicine Jardiance and carbophage G1 as type 2 dm. My Tsh levels are within normal range.
Kindly help really worried about this

It Could be due to stress, hormonal imbalances or some intrauterine pathology . So better to have a examination .
