Care AI Shimmer
Regular mid-cycle spotting with a normal scan is most often hormonal, tied to the small oestrogen dip around ovulation or a thyroid or prolactin imbalance. Since it has continued for months, a targeted hormone workup will help find the cause.
Next Steps
Please book a gynaecologist for a hormone panel and cycle mapping, and share your ultrasound report at the visit.
Health Tips
Keep a simple diary of spotting days and cycle days so the pattern is clear at your consult.
