Bright bleeding without clotting and tissue except cervical mucus, 5 days before expected period. Along with period like cramps and back ache (moderate). Can it be implantation or early period?

Gud morning mam Is this right size follicle on 12th day right ovary size (1.6x1.2) after that I can't to able follicular study today 15th day I done follicular study they said egg is raptured..my doctor suggested day 3 for clomne 100mg for 5day after prognova 2mg for next 6days after 16th day recommended progesterone...it is normal or abnormal today my egg is raptured..is this chance for conceiving .....am fully down
