My periods get delayed since I was 18. After every 2 months my periods used to occur. For some time it got okay but it started again. I have never consulted gynac regarding this due to judgemental and insecurity issues. How does this get better?

Hi. You need to get a hormonal evaluation & an ultrasound pelvis done. It is advisable to meet a local gynaecologist for a detailed evaluation of the symptoms & further treatment.

You should get your basic blood test done regarding your hormonal evaluation and an ultrasound pelvis also done to rule out PCOS or any other underlying hormonal issue in the body.
Next Steps
You should adopt an active healthy lifestyle. Do exercise daily half an hour to 1 hour and watch your diet.
