Bleeding starts after 14 days of periods. It continues from 3-5 days. Sometimes it does not happen also. Flow is light usually but sometimes it is like the same as in periods. It's happening from many years. Why is this happening ? Please advise.

Got the transfer of 2 embryos(5day blastocyst) implanted on Nov 12, 1st Beta HCG test done on Nov 26 got the reading as 574, 2nd Beta HCG test done on Nov 28 got the reading as 389. Is there anything to worry?
