Pregnancy and Infertility

I always have bad period cramps. Feels like to puckish and dizzy at times. I do take hot water bags but avoid any sort of pain killers. There is no energy remains during that time. A lot of mood swings happen. Kindly help.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis after my first miscarriage in 2017. After that, I haven't been able to conceive. I have 2 cysts on right ovary and one on left. I don't suffer from any pain. My periods are normal, no irregular or heavy flow. No spotting. I did all the tests one needs to do before surgery and all of them are normal. My fertility levels, hormone levels etc are all normal. The only deficiency that I have is mildly of Iron and vitamin D. I get myself a scan every 6 months and the size of cysts is more or less constant or it reduces in size. I Couldn't get surgery due to lockdown but I was wondering why I don't have any of the common symptoms associated with endometriosis. Do I still need surgery or can I opt for medication only. Or is there another problem that is invisible. I don't have any other types of cysts or fibroids either. Please enlighten me on the my situation.

Hi Doctor...im having regular periods every month.But few month the first day of my periods only spotting is there thenregular periods starts on 3rd or4th day of period.checked thyroid level too.it all normal.so why  it happens?

Hi, I have suffered from 3 miscarrges . All 3 miscarrges happened before 8 weeks . In last D&C we did fetus karyotype. In fetus karyotype we found there was a Edward syndrome. Does that mean there is a problem in our chromosomes? We are awaiting our karyotype reports of  (my husband and mine) is it ever posible to have our own biological child if it's a problem due to our chromosomes? Please advise

Hi I'm completed 51days of C section and tubectomy.im breast feeding mother.im still bleeding not heavy but lightly.doctor suggested me to take a scan i take a scan my endometrial Wall is 7mm. Doctor suggested me to take three types of tablets for five days.i.e.1 meprate and 2 cipolex TZ and 3 Chromostat tablets.im using these tablets for last four days onwards but no use still I'm bleeding.whats the reason why I'm still bleeding?

Irregular periods lapse for 1 month now lasts for 8-9 days , facial hair , innumerous moles on neck, weight gain, lethargy

I am suffering from UTI problem since 20th oct 2020. Firstly I have consulted  Genaral Physian. I had relief till i was taking medicines(for 15days). After that my urine frequency again increased so I went to Gynac. Again the course of 10 days got completed.  After 2 days I am again suffering from frequent urination. Does it take this much time to cure UTI?

After having unwanted 72 had no bleeding 10 days . What are the chances of pregnency?there is no bleeding after unwanted 72
