After take unwanted 72 period was normal on due date but next means nov 2020 starting week my friend sever fever n she take antipyretic like paracetamol... So nov period was missed... Ppl ss suggest me.

Follicle scan done on the 10 th day. Is it good enough to conceive or any issue.
