I m 26 year old and overweight 10kg as compare to my ideal weight . I plan to CONCEIVE a baby. Should i continue my gym or avoid gym for providing complete rest to my body in this senario . Plesase suggest which exercise i avoid in gym if it is ok to going the gym during the CONCEIVE time.

Hi I had my d&c 15 days back. I did not have any bleeding or cramps till now but I get very less brown discharge when wipe with tissue. I asked the doctor who did D&C and she said its fine as ultrasound was done after D&C and it was all good. Is it normal to get discharge after 15 days also?

As my doctor advised for M2 Tone syrup due to the pain in abdomen and irregular menstruation. Now i wants to CONCEIVE a baby . Is M2 Tone syrup or RND Syrup is safe to take during i try for CONCEIVE ?

My period was on date every month. Last month i am trying for concive a baby. This month i have period with the delay of 4 days. This delayed 4days i suffered high fever like 103f and 102f, abdomen pain , back pain. After the period everything is ok like no fever no body pain. This is happened first time when i try to CONCEIVE. Is it normal or what should i do ? 2 nd question is i m 10 kg over weight as per my ideal weight so is it safe to continue Gym during i try for CONCEIVE?

Again period arrived after one week of period and taking unwanted 72 tablet ...llllllllllllllllllllll

Hi I'm completed 7 weeks of C section and tubectomy.still I'm bleeding not heavy but lightly bleeding.doctor suggested me to take a meprate tablet and cipolex TZ tablet for five days two times a day to stop bleeding.im taking this two tablets from last four days onwards but no use still I'm bleeding.im breast feeding mother.why my bleeding can't stop while taking cipolex TZ and meprate.how to stop my bleeding completely?
