I have been taking 2-2-2 capsules of lactare everyday since 3 days as I have a 3 month old baby and iam struggling with low milk supply also iam having a table spoon of shatavari powder with milk in the mng and night.. How many days will these take to increase milk supply... As of now I don't feel any heaviness in my breasts even after a feeding gap of 3 hrs... This is bothering me a lot.. Pls help

Hi we need to define what is the low content of milk I want to know whether your baby is feeding adequately and is the baby sleeping well after feeding. If there is an issue with this then there is consideration of increasing the milk otherwise heaviness of the breast is not required to know that the milk flow is normal
