My friend period miss on due date last october 23 but now in november not come on due late. Pls suggest me... Last october she take unwanted 72 but october period are normal but problm is that in nov there is no mense occurs... Pls suggest me

Last month ivf done day 5 embryos are transfferd but they do not implant and my period are coming my past histry i have done iui but its blighted ovum what will i do next ivf cycle dr say day 3 embryo transffered next cycle is good day 3 or i said dr to transffer blastocyst what will do or is that posdible my endometrium do not allowed enter embryo

I have undergone laproscopic ovarian drilling on oct 21st and doctor prescribed ovralg which i started taking 1st Nov and stopped 20th Nov. Its been a week and still did not get periods. I am having abdominal cramps past 3-4 days. Will i get my periods? How long should i wait more? Please advice. Thank you
