Please can someone tell me what i should I do i feel something at the entrance of vagaina and not able to sit properly...it's creating a lot of problems

I have a concern for my younger sister.she is 19 years old and she has been having this issue for a long time and she was given a medication about a year ago. Her periods had ended just a 4 or 5 days ago but now she is suffering again with heavy flow. What would be the possible reason?
