Is it ok to climb up the steps after completion of c section delivery after 2 months.could you please suggest me

I have done HSG test ..The report shows that I have Right hydrosalphinx and Left patent  but mildly dilated.Uterus is normal.So I want to ask that with laproscopy treatment the tube will open or directly I will go for ivf.I any treatment to unblock the tube so I can conciev naturally.Plz suggest what to do.

I have tested with HPV dna testing after 45 days of exposure and result is target not detected . I don't have any warts after 6 month also . Should I repeat the test ?. Is there any other test which detects HPV infection other than HPV dna . Also it may be possible that i have hpv but because it is not active not appeared in HPV DNA? Please suggest me any other HPV test other than HPV DNA test in urine

From two days I suffering with fever yesterday went to hospital they did all blood tests including lunges x-ray. Result is fine it's normal fever only. But I get little pain on my left breast. Is x-ray effects breast.is any danger to take x-ray while breastfeeding. After x-ray I gave milk to baby. Is it ok to give milk to 8 months baby.
