Pregnancy and Infertility

I am 45. Last period Apr/21, Feb/22, April/22. Mid July 22 to till date I am having spot bleeding. It's very light though have to use a pad & clots also appear sometimes.There is a burning feeling especially AFTER peeing and there is Discomfort in lower abdomen sometimes, both of which go away by itself but the burning n pinchiy feeling at the start of the vagaina get painful. I have the auto immune -Polymyositis. On treatment of the following from Feb 22. Steroids 7.5, HCQ 200 and some vitamins- all one a day. immunosuppressant 20mg, one tab once a week - Inderal la 40, Telma 40 & serta 100mg - all one a day. Please suggest medicines because I can't go to a doc in person.

I get periods every month but within 22 to 24 days cycle. I want to know whether it's normal or abnormal.?

I have cyst in both ovaries and myoma in uretus. My doctor suggests me novelon 21 three cycle. I complete  3 clycle without miss. My periods start in 9th august and completed 12th august but from yesterday I notice occasion al blood drop coming. Is it fearful? Plz help me sir/madam.i already complete 3cycle novelon 21.

I am trying to conceive. My Doctor prescribed me Susten for 14 days after Ovulation post IUI. Can I take CONSEVEL tablet from day 30 to increase my chances of conception?

My doctor prescribed me of krimson 35 for 3 months (starting 5th day of periods for 3 cycles). This is my second month of using them, from the past 15 days I have been suffering from extreme hair loss, whole strands of hair is coming apart whenever I comb/wash my hair or even randomly when I run my hands. I don't know what to do. I am very worried about hair fall since I have my wedding in few months. I have 1 more month left out of the 3 months prescribed. Should I continue the medicine for another month or stop it? Please help

I was prescribed norethisterone 15 mg for delaying my period cycle. But locally am getting Primolut-N which contain Norethisterone 5 mg. Will it work similarly?
