My baby is 1 week old... She spits out little saliva twice or thrice a day...like there are saliva bubbles on her lips... Is it normal at this age..or need to consult doc...

Baby saliva spit twice or thrice a day is normal. There is no problem as long as it doesn't start drooling. Baby is only one week old. If the baby is entirely breastfeeding the chances of infection are less.
