Hello docs, I am a breastfeeding mom to 8months old daughter... from past 2-3 days I am feeling pain when she is sucking... and my left breast is paining when touched (like engorgement pain) And there is very light pain I can feel in underarms as well... when I touch or press it doesn't pain... if it's still it pains for sometimes... kabhi left side kabhi right side... very low intensity pain...

Attached is the condition of c section wound after 14 days of delivery. After removal of stiches, nurse had asked to apply t-bact cream after bathing; that is being followed. Is condition is normal healing process or any infection/problem is there.?
