Pregnancy and Infertility

How can I differentiate implantation bleeding from my period? I wasn't supposed to start my period until next week but I observed some spotting last night and a bit more bleeding later on. Not sure if it is my period or if it is implantation bleeding. Please advise.

I got normal delivery on july 2nd 2022, i had light spotting on and off till 38 days of delivery. Now yesterday i got my periods n bleeding is moderate is that normal.

I had my periods last month on time and now waiting for my periods for this month but before my periods I am getting brown starch and periods cramps and I am not physically active after my periods.

Hello doctor . My last period was on 8th july. Yesterday I've checked there was a very faint line in the upt. But today I got my period. We've been trying for 4 months no luck. I have no pcos and thyroid. I've got my blood test done today . Pls check the reports attached. Help

My age is 32 and my husband age is 37 ..from last 2 cycle ,we are trying but result was negative.in last cycle i have done follicular study and took hcg injection at day 9 when my follical size was 21mm but at day 11 follical size was 26mm but still result was negative ,is this normal ?
