Urine infection again and again

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My wife is having issues with urine infection again and again. She missed her periods last time but got regular period 15 days after actual expected date. Hemoglobin also on lower side. Attaching blood test reports. Please advise for long term solution on this repeated health issue.
