My afi is 22cm and largest pocket found is 6.4cm in my 33 week ultrasound scan. My sugar is 94 fbs and 108 ppbs. Is it polyhydramnios? If yes, it mild, moderate or severe? What is the range for each?Also will the afi increase further? Also is it high due to gestational diabetes or any other congenital defect?Nt scan and double marker and fetal echo was okay.

As per my recent USG report : Uterus: Anteverted and bulky in size, measuring approx. 13.3 X 7.4 X 4.6 cm. Asymmetric hypertrophy of the posterior myometrium. Impression:  Enlarged uterus with heterogeneous myometrium and posterior myometrial hypertrophy features may likely represent diffuse adenomyosis. According to Gynecologist, I should not experience pain during full ovulation period due to endometriosis or adenomyosis. I can have pain around period days for maximum 15 days. So, can it happen that my bulky uterus is pressing some nerve and causing this severe pain in my buttocks, lower abdomen, outer thighs ? Please advise in details about what I should do and what can cause this pain during period days+ ovulation period.

I had a miscarriage after frozen embryo transfer due to no heart beat. Now I am planning to transfer embryo again after 3 months . Is it suggested to get endometrial scratching done again or we can do direct frozen embryo transfer

On day 18th follicular size is 25, et is 10.2 and psv is 10.3. Can the follicle rupture naturally? Any chance of conceiving? Not HCG injection taken yet. I have PCOS and Hypothyroidism.
