Delay periods without side-effects
I delivered baby via c-section on Nov 17 2021 and have got my cycle regularised with in 6 weeks post delivery. My period is expected to come by 17th September but I want to delay it for 5 days . I tried to prepone it by eating pineapple, papaya but no luck. Any tablets can be taken without side-effects?

There are medications to delay your periods but they are hormone based and medicines should be avoided during breastfeeding as these are expressed in your milk Using such medicines for one cycle won't do much harm
Next Steps

As you might be breast feeding so it's always better to avoid medicines as they're hormones which will have impact on your menstrual cycle pattern. But if in emergency can take safe medicine with prescription.
Health Tips
Monitor your menstrual cycle pattern. Drink plenty of water and fluids. Eat healthy full mixed diet.
