My wife was supposed to have embroyo transfer on 28th of this month. Doctor did a progesterone test and result came to 1.23. He informed that this is high level of progesterone and delayed the transfer for next month. Is it correct

My height is 143cm. I am in my 38 week and I had a scan in which baby weight is showing 3.3kg. My doctor advised for labour induction to increase the chances of normal delivery. My cervix is dilated 1cm. Two times sweeping membrane done and lost mucus plug after second time sweeping membrane. Is it fine to go induced labor at 38week 5days? Is it fine for baby health?
