Bleeding through bathroom h💩💩... sometimes it is maximum and sometimes minimum it is happening from 15 days with no pain

I am trying to conceive and on medications namely stimulet 5mg, win maa tablets, pregnasure tablets ..today is 14th day of follicle study and follicle is ruptured ..due to muscle cramps and nerves weakness I had an MVI injection yesterday and a methylcobalamine injection today along with rantidine.will it effect my fertility,please let me know.

I was diagonosed with hypothyroidism and high prolactalin 6 month ago. Doctor prescribed medicine. I am on medicine since last 6 months.. But i have not had my period since 2 month.. I want to know the reason why my period are not coming.
