My lmp was on 17th August. My first beta HCG was done on 17th sep and value was 111.5 .It was repeated on 19th sep August and the value was 123.7 .Again today i.e on 25th sep my beta HCG was done and value is 158.5. Why it is increasing so slowly.What does it mean.What should I do now?

In the report found deficiency of vitamin D and B12 Vitamin D- 16.80ng/ml Vitamin B12 - 80 ng/ml Folic acid - 4.80 ng/ml Are vitamin D and Vitamin B12 are crucial to conceive? I had missed miscarriage on 6th September, I did TVS today as per Doctor I still have 19mm small particle left inside which should get clear but it's not yet. She advised to go for D&C but I really don't wanna do it.
