Hello Dr,I have endometrosis,pcod ,fibords from last ten years. every month I faced uncontrollable pain. From 2019 July month Dr prescribed me Dinogest tablet and my period stopped..but from last 6 month l found some spotting every month for a week...but this month I faced this problem last 15 days and for last 4 days it's flow like normal period with intolerable pain... please Dr suggest what should I do right now?

Hi Doctor, I have issue with endometriosis choclate cyst of 5.1 cm *1.5 cm.. last time I conceived with tablet letroz, HMJ150  injection, and HCG 15000 dose.. but that miscarriage in 8 week same we found large cyst also that is because of medicine or injection.. or this usually happen in ovulation induction please suggest.. because I am planning to take same treatment again..

My amh is 1.33, FSH is 5.98, LH 3.24, PRL 27.53 and TSH 3.08. I am 34, how does these look like from reproductive health point of view and are my chances of conception reduced or can I conceive naturally?
