I have breast pain in one point in my right breast. Its paining like hell. And pain also radiates to my back.. there is no lump. Whats that.. my period is on tommorow.. but my breast painining so hard just like a stabbing pain.. whats that.. i am just 22

Hi, So this thing started since august end, i had to go pee very frequently and it was painful. I went to the gynec, i had medicine and got my urine test done. Everything was normal in that test and i also got better. Now in September again it started. I chose natural remedies to fix it, i had a lot of water daily, jeera, juice. I even tried homeopathy. It got a lil better in between but it again started yesterday and now the pain is worse it's like it goes above my stomach while I am peeing. What should I do?
