My mother has been diagnosed with Grossly enlarged uterus with intramural fibroid within ADV-TVS Haemoglobin level 5. Is surgery the only option? Or we can have another line of treatment?

Mother has been diagnosed with Grossly enlarged uterus with intramural fibroids within ADV -TVS Age 47 Uterus size (6.2*7.7*7.3) Fibroid size (4.8*4.3*4.1) Haemoglobin level 5 Line of treatment? She doesn't want to undergo surgery.

I had iui on 4 september 21 is period I got on 20 but it is brown discharge second day i get pink colour 3 day i get light flow but amount is increasing i had 1 and 2 nd day spoting but third day it increases i am so much tensions what is it and everyday cramps and nausea. What can I understand what is it please help me. Should I visit my gynco ?

I've been having prolonged periods for more than 10 days with heavy flow, my doctor prescribed me T crina ncr for 18 days and the same table to be taken from d16 to d25 of my next cycle. I've been doing this for months, if I am not on medicines I get periods which are long and heavy. I have PCOS is this the cause of this or is it because of some other health condition.

On 19/20 I get control liner darker pink and test line lighter pink now on 21/22 no line shown up in my ovulation kit does it mean my ovulation compliment??? I have my periods on 6..7..8 so I start counting 11th day after periods Am very confused does I check very late that my ovulation was over befor 19 ..plz guide so I will take care in future

I had period for 10days then i had an transvagina ultrasound doctor got this cyst on cervix of mouth. she suggest mri then hysteroscopy if required. all the document i have attached what is exactly it is & what is the solution

My mother has been diagnosed with enlarged uterus with a fibroid of around 4.8*4.4*4.1 dimensions. Can this be treated without surgery? If we don't go for surgery, is there any chance of this turning into malignant or cancerous?
