Hello doctor, I got married two years ago and tryng to conceive since few months(more than 8 months or so). My menstrual cycle is long and not very regular. There will two days delay or it will be early. The cycle is around 36 days long. Recently consulted gynecologist she did scanning all the other tests and said everything is normal. She also gave me all9 tablets and said its not tough to get conceived with good diet and exercise. Can you pl share more tips to get conceived quickly?

Hello doctor, I recently consulted a gynecologist just to check if there is any problem. She did a scanning and few test (thyroid, prolactin ,cbc all are normal). She saw the scanning and said its all normal. The report mentioned normal pelvic study. But I wonder if the endometrial thickeness can be 14mm before two days of expected period. Some of my frns said it should be under 14mm. So can you please clarify my doubts? I was prescribed all 9 tablets for three months. Thankyou
