Hey there
Recently got diagnosed with PCOS, I'm on my 5th day of the cycle , today is the 5th day, required guidance for intake of medicines mentioned, please help me to understand as to what procedure and timings need to be followed for taking medicines?

U have to start taking the tablets today (day 5 of periods) for 21 days. Don't skip any tablets, try to take at the same time everyday. After finishing taking for 21 days, u should wait for your next periods and start again the next strip on day 5 of the cycle
