Hello doctor..If mother is anxious and her heart rate is faster and increased during doctor visit..does it cause fetal heart rate also to increase??

I've done my usg today at day 27 of menstrual period and it shows 3-4 tiny follicles in one left ovary and 4-5 tiny follicles in right ovary and 0.55cm uterine lining. So is this normal or reduce AFC?

I underwent an usg in the 19th week (second trimester)and my placenta is grade 1 now while ither things are normal, is grade 1 placenta normal in second triemster?

More than 3 months hysterectomy was done amd ovaries were not removed , had gastritis ongoing medicine , pyloflush, itorihenz, esogress, enzispor from 20th Jan, visited psychiatrist for insomniac and excessive thoughts ongoing medicine , episod .25 , depout and etizolam, have night sweats and burning sensation in the body , today experienced blood in urine like periods , don't have abdominal pain or anything , what can this be due to is it anything serious please explain.
