I am feeling very strange in right ovary..a something weird is happening inside..what can be the reason

Hi doctor. I had my last period on the 12th of January. Its usually a 32 day cycle for me . But I am bleeding ( can't tell if it's spotting or mild bleeding)  again on the 20th day of my cycle. The discharge is now dark red. What does this mean ? Why is it happening? I am a married woman.

Hi doctor, I am breastfeeding mother having one year baby. I have been getting bartholin cyst daily from last 4years. My gynec told they will do marsupialization. I have heard cyst can reoccur even after doing marsupialization, my query is what is the reason for reoccurring even after doing marsupialization. If it reoccurs after doing marsupialization, it is better to remove bartholin gland right? Please assist. Thanks in advance

Can sometimes ovulation take place early. Is it normal if happens once. I ovulated on day 11 this month. I usually ovulate on day 14 or day 13. I am trying to conceive.

Hi , I was given a HCG injection this cycle on day 13 (Jan 16). Follicle rupture was detected on Jan 18th. My period is due today (Day 29-Feb 1st). I took a UPT but it was negative. Have I taken a test too early? I'm on Susten 200mg course which ends tonight.
