High prolactin and tsh
One month back, my TSH level was very low, that is 0.02, with normal t4 level. After one month when I got my blood work, the tsh is found to be 93 and prolactin is 45. Symptoms wise I am having daily headaches, tiredness, feeling nauseous after eating little food also. My vitamin D levels are normal. I am currently not taking any medication, except budesonide 200mcg inhaler twice daily. These recent tests I got them done early morning empty stomach and on the third day of my period. What can be the reason for such drastic hormonal level changes. Similar tsh level fluctuations happened one year back, with tsh level 0.01 followed by 8 and then it came back to normal. Right now it is 93. What steps should I take for this???
