yes you can get pregnant. your prolactin level is on higher side, stop using medication for gastrits. if prolactin levels are high need to take medicine. your doctor prescribing medicines letrozole and duphaston with follicular monitoring is ok. Your husband's report is needed for telling something regarding need of IUI.

First of all relax, your amh is towards lower side but considering your age you still have fair chance to get pregnant. If your antral follicle count, tubal patency test and husband semen analysis is fine, you can go for ovarian stimulation with iui for 3 cycles, if no success then move to ivf. For high prolactin cont medicines prescribed by your doctor and check on thyroid levels too.

No actually no doctor can with this much information. .. its like one person refusing to work in some situation .. cause can be that person is moody on that time or sick ..  it can be that person exhausted or not paid good or doesn't want to work .. So, how to reach what can be the cause? most common causes searched and  excluded and treated.. in some person rare things can be responsible.. and treated accordingly.. (probability of rare things are less and for common things are high) For this in your case detailed history then investigation needed and whatever cause will be diagnosed w/b treated ..
Next Steps
consult gynaecologist

Your AMH is on the lower limit and may be the reason for advising iui by your doctor . Prolactin level should be checked again after the course of medication and to be continued if not within normal levels.

Hi..your doctor has prescribed iui...may be based on your amh report..not wanting to waste any of your cycles.. Hopefully,he or she must have evaluated fully with HSG and husband semen analysis and your thyroid , LH, FSH profile. Please get your prolactin levels retested...if within normal limits..then only proceed with iui in this cycle..
Next Steps
don't worry..keep your trust..do yoga..you will definitely conceive..

Your AMH is on lower side what about your serum prolactin after taking  medicine , hope your  husband report is normal, you can do ovulation induction of two- three cycles, if it fail better plan for IUI, Than IVF  as ovarian reserves further declines, be positive,  as stress is a separate cause of infertility

What about, husbands semen analysis? And other  your reports-  any significant changes? If all others are normal. Then go for at least 3 cycles of letrozole and duphaston. Other supportive medicine such as Ovigyn D3 1 tab once per day for 2- 3 month. Continue medicine for prolactin. If no sucess then step up.

Stimulated cycle ie letrozole and IUI increases pregnancy chances , but before iui ... U need further infertility investigations. High prolactin level interferes with ovulation, so it needs correction
Next Steps
continue with treatment and do basic fertility tests.

For optimal fertility usually prolactin level is recommended to be around 25 to 30..so pls use medication as prescribed for prolactin control and try Ovulation induction with Timed intercourse for 3cycles and go for IUI ..

Hi As your prolactin level high normal with low AMH, you can go for corrective treatment for these two problems. Apart from this the type of induction also to be decided depends on your follicular study, whether to go for letrozole only or with gonadotropin injection induction.

Your AMH value is low. It is better to go for 2 to 3 cycles of IUI and if they are not successful after undergoing hysteroscopy to plan for IVF treatment.
Next Steps
Also the tube test is also important before the cycles of IUI.Other hormonal assays and tests should also be done in detail. Husband Semen analysis should also be done

It seems that your prolactin levels are high normal and AMH is on the lower side. AMH is the indicator of your ovarian reserve low shows that you have lesser eggs. So please we need to plan the pregnancy very wisely Don't waste time in spontaneous conception
Next Steps
should go to a  fertility expert and plan your family as soon as possible. as you may need assistance
Health Tips
you have low reserve of eggs use them wisely. go for some assisted reproductive procedure like IUI and IVF

Your age being 32 years and your AMH being on slightly lower side is an indication for planning a pregnancy as soon as possible. Your prolactin levels are not too high and such levels are very frequently seen in patients who are stressed out.. prolactin levels can be easily brought back to normal with tablets. You can definitely get pregnant but don't wait to conceive naturally.
Next Steps
Go for IUI after ovulation induction with letrozole or injectable Gonadotropins. Also undergo tubal testing by diagnostic hysteroscopy and  laparoscopy before starting treatment.
Health Tips
start daily exercise, healthy diet, regularise life style to reduce rate of deterioration of egg quality and number.. if you fail to conceive after 3 attempts of IUI, opt for IVF straight away.

Yes you can concieve, my advise would be to repeat serum prolactin level. Plz don't take letrozole without any gynaecologist supervision as your AMH is on the lower side.
Next Steps
1. Get your husband semen analysis 2. Get a HSG done , it's test to check the patency of your tubes 3. Undergo 3 cycles of Ovulation induction with follicular monitoring.....if unsuccessful 4. Then proceed to IUI......that too for limited cycles 5. keep IVF option also....don't waste time on waiting as ur ovarian reserve is on lower side
Health Tips
Reduce your stress... 1. Do yoga/ excercise for 30 mins atleast 5 day a week 2. Eat a healthy well balanced diet

It is very difficult to tell you wether you can get pregnant based on the limited information given. The factors that may reduce your chances to get pregnant are 1. Age. As a women's age increases above 35 the egg quality reduces. The number of follicles in each ovary also reduce. 2. Your Amh is in the low Fertility group. This is an indicator of poor egg quality. But I have seen people getting pregnant even with a report as low as yours. 3. IuI is done for couples who have poor sperm motility or a poor post coital test. I need to see all your and husbands reports before deciding wether it was essential. 4. If you have been given tablets to reduce your prolactin level then a repeat prolactin may be required.
Next Steps
Please talk to your ob gy doctor about your doubts. They have your full reports and history & will be able to clear your doubts better since they are actively treating you. It will be very difficult on this forum to advice you based on the limited information. Please also do your serum Fsh on day 3or 4 of your period. This test will indicate wether you are going into early menopause(ovaries stop functioning). If this report shows a very high value treatment with letrozole is unlikely to work & you easy require oocyte donation.

Yes you have good chances of pregnancy, be positive. There is so much advancement in field of fertility and you can have all that. Select a good doctor and don't change that often. 1.First evaluate your husband semen analysis and also do HSG. As Amh is little low we should not waste cycles with letrozole blindly 2. If everything is normal try for 3 cycles with letrozole and duphaston. 3. If no result go for IUI. 4. Keep IVF as last option and do hysteroscopy before that.

Hello...first of all be positive..dont get disheartened. lot of factors are involved when it comes to getting pregnant.sometimes everything is normal with the couple and still it takes time.although prolactin is little raised and AMH is little on lower side, it definitely isn't very bad.i hope all the tests related to your husband are fine.i think your doctor has advised IUI as next step to increase the chances of pregnancy. It is usually done either when there is mild problem with semen parameters or even in the absence of any abnormal factors with the couple .so don't get anxious.ultimately its your decision to go ahead with it or not.
Next Steps
if u have just tried one cycle of letrozole , there is no harm in trying for couple of more cycles. If u decide to take break for a couple of months and try naturally in between , that is also a welcome idea.If u have no issues with IUI, u may as well go ahead with IUI
Health Tips
to improve AMH  your doctor may suggest some medicine containing the hormone dhea. some changes in lifestyle like yoga involving pelvic muscles helps to improve blood supply to ovaries.if your weight is on higher side , try to lose it by walking and exercise. A little more info about your present prolactin , your weight, your cycles and time period since when u r trying for pregnancy would help to advise better.
