Single titers only tell that you are pregnant nothing beyond
Doubling in 48 hours ensure normal intrauterine pregnancy
If you wish to find out if the pregnancy is doing fine your only option is to repeat the titers in 48 hours they will be more than double because of the hcg shot
otherwise you will have to wait till a seven weeks scan to look at the heartbeat
