Can I take prenatal supplements from well being nutrition for conception or should I opt for regular folic acid.

I missed my periods and doctor advised me to take single tablet of  deviry for 5 days. I took it for 2 days and missed it on 3rd day. Again I started taking it on day 4. Is it fine? Will I get my periods after I stop taking the tablet?

After 3 momths of  hysterectomy for adenomyosis of uterus , if ovaries are not removed is it common to experience night sweats, insomnia hairloss and depression , is a FSH test enough to monitor harmone levels or also it's ovaries stop working what is done in that cases .

I have been trying to conceive since last one year and during multiple follicular scans I have seen my right ovary is releasing the egg. I have not seen my left ovary releasing an egg but multiple follicles are seen in the scan from the left ovary. But the dominant follicle is seen on the right ovary. Now my right fallopian tube is identified to be partially blocked and the left fallopian tube is clear. What should I do as I am worried if my left ovary will be releasing an egg or not? So that my chances to conceive are there.

I am Not getting period from three months after D&C.i had missed miscarriage in November. Now I am not having period

My periods has been skip in month of October and November and it was in December month for 10 days and now in January my periods has been starting on 18th January and till now it is continuously running.

After episitomy, there is a wound around stiches. It was told by my doctor that it is granulation tissue. There is sharp pain. Doctor suggested to take pain killer. How long it will take to heal? Can we take pain killer. Till the wound heals Any way which can make the healing process faster.
