Pregnancy and Infertility

Myself prasanna, I didn't my periods in the months of nov and dec/22. Later got it on Jan 13,2023. Flow was good I didn't even much pain.. I'm being sick since 3 days i.e., fever.. I got my period again.. Is it normal or should I go consult any doctor..??

More than 3 months hysterectomy was done amd ovaries were not removed , had gastritis ongoing medicine , pyloflush, itorihenz, esogress, enzispor from 20th Jan, visited psychiatrist for insomniac and excessive thoughts ongoing medicine , episod .25 , depout and etizolam, have night sweats and burning sensation in the body , today experienced blood in urine like periods , don't have abdominal pain or anything , what can this be due to is it anything serious please explain.

I have recently had surgical incision of left breast abscess. Incision is just around the aerola. Baby can't latch due to hardness around the incision. I can't express as the open wound is still healing. What can be done to dry up milk from the affected breast?

Total T 4 is 13.5 TSH IS 1.40 T 3 is 1.73 Thyroid test done yesterday T 4 is high Is it too high or can be treated with medicine

Can I take prenatal supplements from well being nutrition for conception or should I opt for regular folic acid.

I missed my periods and doctor advised me to take single tablet of  deviry for 5 days. I took it for 2 days and missed it on 3rd day. Again I started taking it on day 4. Is it fine? Will I get my periods after I stop taking the tablet?

After 3 momths of  hysterectomy for adenomyosis of uterus , if ovaries are not removed is it common to experience night sweats, insomnia hairloss and depression , is a FSH test enough to monitor harmone levels or also it's ovaries stop working what is done in that cases .

Till how many days hcg injection 5000 remain in the system? ? Does it gives false positive as well??
