Overy Query. What is the disease?
Done my usg on 23rd day of my period. My period occur on 1st of Feb and usg done in 24th of Feb. It's a whole abdomein usg.  What it mean? UTERUS: Is normal in size ( 4.92 x  2.51 x  4.20 cm.) and anteverted & anteflexed. Myometrium is homogenous. No focal lesion is seen. Endometrium is minimally thickened, it measures (10.1 mm) and shows normal echogenicity. Cervix is normal in size & measures (2.85 x  2.33  cm), shows no focal lesion with closed internal OS.    OVARIES : Both the ovaries are borderline in size and elongated in shape  with central hyperechoic, hypertrophied, hypervascular stroma.  Multiple small follicles are arranged peripherally. Few central follicles seen. No focal lesion is seen. Para ovarian fat planes are normal. Approximate number of antral follicle about 8 - 12 in each ovary. All follicles bilaterally are   2 - 4  mm each. Right ovary measures : 2.97 x 1.78 x 3.18  cm = 8.81 cc. Left ovary measures   : 3.52 x 1.80 x 3.45  cm = 11.41 cc.
