Seems to be endometrial polyp
Hi, i did diagnostic laproscopy on November 2022 and diagnosed with right tube block and left tube pattern remaining all factors good , dnc also biopsy they did everything is normal now am in treatment of iui already two cycles over but this month by doc observerd small endometrial polyp like while doing FS scan Is this possible to get polyp within 3 months i don't have previous history of polyps , is this cause any serious problem? What to do next , is ther any chance that small polyp can go away on its own Please ans , married since 4 years trying for a baby

On laparoscopy endometrial polyp can't be seen. Better to undergo hysteroscopy to visualise polyp and undergo hysteroscopic polypectomy
