You are having endometrial polyp,so it should be removed by hysteroscopy. Otherwise polyp will cause increase bleeding periods and infection. You are having PCOD also.Dont take it lightly.It should also be treated.

You need to get a 3 d ultrasound done...to know the exact size...if it is greater than 1 cm...it needs to be removed hysteroscopically...

Hysteroscopy with removal of polyp is the best treatment. Polyp should be sent for biopsy

It is a endometrial polyp and since it's symptomatic it is better to opt for hysteroscopy guided polypectomy.
